Being Connected to Nature offers more health benefits than simply being in contact with Nature. Just one 3 hour session will unlock a deeper understanding of how much Nature can do for you.
Modern life often disconnects us from the natural environments which have nurtured us for millennia. This separation can lead to increased stress, anxiety, and a host of other health issues. Scientific research based on over 1,400 research papers each year, shows that spending time in nature can:
- Significantly reduce stress.
- Enhance immune function.
- Reduce symptoms of depression and anxiety.
- Improve short-term memory and cognitive flexibility
Yet, on average we spend 90% of our time inside, and miss out on the health benefits of nature.
Available for groups of between 5-6 adults age 18+

What you can expect from the session
Three hours spent in beautiful secluded natural surroundings
These will be held between 9.30am to 12.30pm. Where possible I will align with your preferred dates.
You will receive a written summary of impactful techniques, which can be implemented anywhere.
Please ensure you are able to walk over uneven ground. We live on an exposed site with wonderful views but it can be windy at times. It is therefore advisable to layer with suitable warm clothing and footwear. We have a compost toilet and an outdoor office where I will provide hot and cold beverages, shelter and seating.
Should the weather be too adverse, we can postpone the session to another week.
