I can provide the same level of service and work towards exactly the same goals online. I can share tools and resources and offer most practical coaching exercises in the same way as if we were face to face.



I request on your part good internet connectivity with video and sound. In order for you to get the most from your sessions I ask that you find a quiet space, free of interruptions and distractions.


Whilst I will not be physically present, should you prefer to walk (or sit) and talk outdoors, we can manage this through mobile devices. I will always ensure your safety and privacy is met before considering this option.

We can walk together in the safe, private grounds of Woodside. This will help clear your mind, promote a sense of calm, and foster a deeper connection with yourself and others. Additionally, the informal setting, whether seated in our quiet garden lodge or walking, can make conversations feel less intense and more comfortable, encouraging you to think more clearly and creatively.

The most important part of coaching is the chemistry between you and your coach 


I offer a 30 minute free discovery call which can be arranged by phone or online. I will explain how coaching can help, but will be honest if my medical experience suggests this is not currently the best service for you at this time. You will have the opportunity to ask me any questions about the coaching experience.


Should you then feel we can work together and the time is right, I will send you a coaching agreement so our journey can begin.
