- Vitamin A (beta-carotene) – supports vision, skin, immune resilience
- Folate (B9) – critical for DNA repair and methylation

What This Means for Longevity
Why this Matters and how it can save you money
Many of the biological pathways associated with healthy ageing are influenced by simple, consistent dietary and lifestyle choices.
Before you look to advanced interventions, build those strong foundations:
- Nutrient-dense whole foods
- Stress and nervous system regulation
- Quality sleep
- Movement
Without these basics in place, even the trendiest therapies have limited impact.
This is exactly what I prioritise in my whole health programmes.
Any blood tests, biomarker tests and DNA / Epigenetic screening aretailored to your needs and designed to evidence and support your future goals.
Not pretend quick fixes, but building the terrain that supports your body's interconnected systems, build resilience, and support long-term vitality.
